For this card....
Card Base Whisper White 4 1/4 x 11, Scored at 5 1/2
1st Layer- 4x 5 1/4, Crushed Curry
Designer Series Paper (dsp) is 2 x 5 1/4
Melon Mambo, Punched the 2 3/8 scalloped circle, also 1 1/2 x 4 punched with the banner punch
Whisper White, stamp the Balloon in Melon mambo and then punch with the 2 inch circle punch and attached to Melon Mambo. 1 1/4 x 3 3/4 punched with the triple banner punch.
Stamp the Happy Birthday in memento black ink.
