Simple Baby Card using Easter Friends

Hello and Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend. I had a nice relaxing weekend. I was not feeling good, so I spent the weekend with hubby relaxing.

Today, I am back in my office and back to work.  I needed a few Baby cards, so I pulled the Easter Friends stamp set and created this card. This cut little chick makes a adorable baby card.

Easter Friends - Hello Baby card

For this card: 

Basic white- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4

Pattern Party (HOST) Designer series paper - 4 x 5 1/4 

Daffodil Delight - 3 x 5 1/4  and scrap for Double oval punch

Basic White- 2 3/4 x 5 1/4 and scrap for Double oval punch 

Instructions:

1. Fold the Basic White 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 on the 4 1/4 score line to create the card Base.

2. Attach the Pattern party (HOST) Designer Series Paper -4 x 5 1/4 piece to the card front

3. Stamp 3 chick in memento black ink on the Basic White 2 3/4 x 5 1/4, then color with Daffodil delight and Pumpkin Pie Blends

4. Attach the Basic White piece to the Daffodil Delight 3 x 5 1/4 leaving a small border on top and bottom.

5. Then attach to the card front leaving a small border at the top 

6. Stamp Hello Baby in memento black ink on the scrap Basic White, punch with the Double oval punch (straight oval.

7. Punch scrap Daffodil Delight with Souble Oval Punch ( scalloped oval) , attach the Basic white oval .

8. Attach the oval greeting to the middle, bottom of the card.
