Happy Thursday, I am so ready for the weekend. It is supposed to be really cold here in Ohio so I am thinking a pot of soup in the crock pot and me in my office doing some creating. I got some new stamps and paper in this week so I am excited to play this weekend. For today I am sharing these Sympathy cards with you. They are both made the exact same way except for the background color. I never have Sympathy cards made up so When I need one I usually have to sit down and make it. My Dear Friend recently lost her father so I wanted a beautiful card for her.
For this card....
Card Base Whisper White 4 1/4 x 11, Scored at 5 1/2
1st Layer- Pool Party or Blushing Bride is 4 x 5 1/4, I embossed it with the Decorative dots Embossing Folder.
Designer Series Paper (dsp) is 2 x 5 1/4, I attached it down the Left Side of the card leaving just a little bit of the background paper.
I took Scrap whisper white and stamped WIth Sympathy which came from my paper Pumpkin stamps. Then Took Scrap Pool Party and Stamped the flowers from grateful bunch with Memento black ink and Punch with matching punch.
