 For this card: 

Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper- 5 1/4 x 12

Score- 2 x 4 x 8 and 10

2 inches on each side cut at angle

Basic Gray- 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and Circle punched 2 3/8

Basic White-  3 3/4 x 5  and Circle Punched 2 inches
