Dragonfly dreams - Coffee, Cookies And Cards

Hello and Happy Friday!!!  I am so glad it is finally the weekend I have had a very busy week and I am hoping to have a quiet  and relaxing weekend. We do have a dog show this weekend that we have on the Calendar too go. I also have a few things to get ready My Friend and Downline Kar-lyn and I are hosting a Scrapbook crop on March 11th, 2017 It is a 12 hour crop from 10am-10pm. So I need to start working on getting my pictures printed and getting my stuff ready so I can have a very productive crop.

Now on to todays card, I made two versions on this card. I had seen online this card and I knew I wanted to make it. Then I got the FREE 6x6 Glimmer assortment pack and I decided to make a version with the Sweet Sugarplum Glimmer paper for my Coffee, cookies nad cards class.

Here is the first card I made using a Colypso Coral Dragonfly, I also love the Embossing on the old olive piece using the falling petals embossing folder.

Here is the card that we made in class on Tuesday night. I made extras of these too.

Card Base  Whisper White 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, Scored at 4 1/4

1st Layer- 4x 5 1/4, Old Olive - Embossed with falling petals embossing folder

2nd Layer- 2 1/4 x 4, Sweet Sugarplum

3rd Layer- 2 x 3 3/4 ,  Succulant  Designer Series Paper (dsp)  

4th layer- 1 x 3 1/4, Whisper White

3x3 1/2 - Glimmer paper, cut the dragonfly
