Well tomorrow is Noah birthday party, so I can share his card. I used the Balloon Celebration Stamp Bundle. Noah is just the sweetest boy and he turned 6 this year.

Card Base Whisper White 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, Scored at 4 1/4
1st Layer- Bermuda Bay 4x 5 1/4
2nd Layer- Whisper White is 3 3/4 x 5 This is the piece you will stamp on.
scrap Whisper White stamp a Bermuda Bay Balloon an punch with matching punch
