Basic White-5 1/2 x 8 1/2 - Score at 4 1/4
Pretty in Pink  4 x 5 1/4- emboss with Forever plaid

Crumb Cake- 3 x 4 Embossed with forever plaid I attached this to the pretty in pink and then ran it thru

Basic White- 2 3/8 inch circle

Basic White- I used a deckled circle but those have retired o I would say use the 2 3/8 circle punch
